Great game! The art is absolutely gorgeous, and the animations of the dinosaurs are superb. I really wish I had someone to play local multiplayer with, since I think that's where this game really shines! The AI is a bit daft, it got stuck on one of my runs which made it really easy to win, but I think that's alright for a jam game! The controls felt a little delayed as well, but that didn't take away my enjoyment too much. Flying is really fun, as it feels good to build up a lot of momentum and let it fly! I'd love to see more levels, and possibly an online multiplayer if y'all have any plans to continue with the game!

Soarus is a very cute and well designed single player / local multiplayer dino-racing game with incredible art and some funky controls 9/10.

So the controls are a little misleading - I seem to go at full speed when pressing both left AND right at the same time rather than alternating bewteen them.

Loved the art and character designs and level design - seeing this game come together on the dinojam discord was a treat!

What I'd love to see in future: Some ground particles for running and jumping. Another level and 4 dinos for 4 player support!

Thanks so much for the feedback! We've had quite a few bugs with our run mechanics so we've decided to revert to a simpler execution. Now it's just about focusing on the track/course and trying to beat Dinobot! Thanks for the kind words. We'll be posting an update today.
